Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in person or by phone.
• Answer phones with polite, consistent etiquette.
• Maintain waiting areas and front-desk organization.
• Register patients and update demographic information accurately.
• Notify clinical staff of arrivals and manage patient flow.
• Answer inquiries courteously and protect patient confidentiality.
• Maintain supplies and report inventory needs.
• Collect copays/payments per guidelines.
• Attend staff meetings and refer complaints to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain knowledge and attend training for role responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
