Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests.
• Initiate scheduling, clinic registration, or hospital admission processes.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay amounts.
• Input demographic and financial data accurately for patient records.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with daily deposits.
• Communicate clearly with patients and cross-train with other departments.
