Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests courteously via phone or in person.
• Initiate scheduling, registration, or admission processes.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays and self-pay amounts.
• Input patient demographic and financial information accurately.
• Provide information about insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility.
• Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with laws and regulations.
• Support multiple functions across patient and payer types as needed.
