Responsibilities

• Obtain signatures on consent forms, notices, and financial documents.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; update records.
• Determine and collect co-pays, deductibles, or deposits; explain financial assistance.
• Enter and maintain patient data in EMR; correct duplicates.
