Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately.
• Update and verify patient demographics, insurance, and billing information.
• Register patients for services and ensure accurate data entry and timely discharge processing.
• Clarify and document financial assessments, benefits, and eligibility for post-care needs.
• Maintain communication with clinical partners to support patient access and experiences.
• Provide coverage for assigned work area to ensure prompt patient service.
• Assist with specialty duties to support Guest Services operations.
• Educate patients on test locations, portal access, and non-clinical follow-up actions.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at check-in.
