Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service in a medical office
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with billing and payment collection processes
• CHAA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance
• Process forms and support discharge and reimbursement activities
• Coordinate with clinical partners to ensure smooth patient access
• Educate patients on test locations and patient portal usage
