• Proficient with Windows-based applications and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests courteously via phone or in person.
• Initiate scheduling and complete registration/admission processes.
• Verify and collect demographic and financial information; explain insurance benefits and collect balances due.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits; maintain accurate records.
• Support multiple functions across patient and payer types to improve satisfaction.
