Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a strong customer service environment.
• One year of hospital registration experience preferred.
• Proficient in English reading/writing; strong communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic registration/access functions and insurance procedures.
• Ability to explain forms and obtain signatures.
• Detail-oriented and accurate data entry.
• Proficient computer skills; navigate multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records accurate demographic and insurance information on patients.
