Northwestern Medicine’s Grayslake Multi-Specialty clinic seeks an energetic Patient Service Representative for a full-time, 40-hour work week. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in a customer service role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out of appointments.
• Confirm and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect co-payments and post payments.
• Schedule appointments as needed.
• Maintain waiting area and assist patients.
