Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance information for accurate claim processing.
• Balance and reconcile cash drawer at end of shift.
• Print or attach orders to correct accounts in WQM and Cerner systems.
• Handle pre-registration, screening, check-in, and check-out processes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliant documentation.
