Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in management required.
• Three to four years of progressively responsible experience in a financially focused environment.
• Minimum of two years in a hospital or physician practice business office; prior management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Registration Department to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service.
• Provide operational support, determine patient liability, and identify financial issues.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of registration processes and hospital financial applications; support scheduling and clinical systems.
