• Document activity in computer systems and QA/PEDS folders.
• Explain deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pocket costs; collect payments as required.
• Schedule physician or hospital services and confirm appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA/EMTALA.
