Job summary

Responsibilities

• Navigate insurance verification tools and EPIC system to support patient care.
• Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and physicians; triage queries.
• Assist with scheduling, cancellations, and test preparation instructions.
• Respond to routine requests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and manage electronic health record queues per department policy.
