Job summary

New Season is seeking a Patient Registration Coordinator to greet, register, and admit patients in a healthcare facility. You will schedule appointments, collect payments, and maintain accurate demographics and billing information within the registration system.

In this role, you will verify insurance benefits, obtain prior authorizations when needed, and support front-desk duties including answering phones and managing supplies, while upholding confidentiality and CMG/New Seasons policies.

Qualifications

• Requires a strong customer service background.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of medical insurance processes and billing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Complete the pre-registration process for all new clients and schedule appointments.
• Collect co-payments and patient financial responsibility at the time of service.
• Ensure demographics, billing and clinical information are accurately entered in the registration system.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorization as necessary.
• Answer phones, check/deliver mail, manage supplies, and support front-desk operations.
