Qualifikationen

• Experience greeting, registering, and admitting patients preferable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Aufgaben

• Greet, register, and admit patients in a healthcare facility.
• Schedule patient appointments and provide orientation for new patients.
• Monitor patient activity on center premises and respond to inquiries.
• Collect co-payments and patient financial responsibility at time of service.
• Ensure demographics, billing, and clinical information are entered accurately.
• Maintain communication with Program Director, physicians, and nursing staff regarding intakes.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorization as needed.
• Handle phone calls, mail, and supply inventory.
