• Identify insurance coverage and collect co-pays and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Confirm coverage using electronic systems and discuss findings with patients.
• Pre-register and register patients accurately in ADT system.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid registrations and billing policies.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
