Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2 years of experience in Patient Access or related fields.
• Intermediate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all patients and family members in a welcoming and prompt manner.
• Identify insurance coverage, benefits, patient out-of-pocket expenses, and collect co-insurance and co-pays.
• Use electronic systems to confirm coverage and discuss findings with the patient; resolve eligibility/network issues.
• Pre-register and register patients using the ADT system; prepare necessary documents and records.
• Manage calls for pre-registration; ensure accuracy of patient demographics and insurance data.
