Qualifications

• Good typing skills and basic web-based systems familiarity.
• Ability to prioritize, organize workload, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Explain insurance coverage, costs, and patient financial responsibilities.
• Verify eligibility and coordinate with Financial Counseling for uninsured or complex cases.
