Responsibilities

• Greet clients and act as a receptionist at the front desk.

• Register new clients and collect necessary paperwork; electronically open cases.
• Verify benefits with insurers and enter data into CMHC; obtain authorizations.
• Maintain client data and prepare reports; perform light secretarial duties.
