Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year experience with Third Party Payers or in a human service office environment.
• Comfortable working in a computer environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as receptionist greeting clients and visitors.
• Makes appointments and reminder calls for multiple providers.
• Maintains front desk schedules and performs daily preparation activities.
• Collects information (income verification, voter registration, demo updates).
• Registers new clients and opens cases at admission; verifies benefits with insurers.
• Obtains authorizations and handles reimbursement processes.
• Maintains client data electronically and records co-pay information.
• Processes reports and performs light secretarial duties.
• Demonstrates professionalism and confidentiality with clients and staff.
