Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or administrative training preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and registration/check-in software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and billing procedures is a plus.
