Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them in the electronic health record and systems.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments/coinsurance.
• Provide wayfinding and excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Update demographics and document registration information accurately.
• Perform visit closure tasks including collecting payments and follow-ups as needed.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean front desk and waiting area; comply with HIPAA policies.
