Responsibilities

• Engages patients through registration to create a welcoming experience.
• Obtain and accurately enter required information for registration in the EHR system.
• Verify insurance, obtain signatures, and provide information on patient rights and financial assistance.
• Document insurance verification information and pre-certification details in the system.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and direct callers efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and referrals as needed.
