Qualifications

• 0–3 years Customer Service/Medical experience desired.
• Experience with insurance verification, patient registration and medical terminology preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS).

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance, obtain prior authorizations and coordinate benefits.
• Communicate with payers and patients to ensure accurate financial information.
• Accurately register patients, schedule recurring appointments, and direct calls.
• Support department operations and adhere to safety and infection control programs.
• Order and manage inventory of department supplies.
• Meet departmental productivity, quality and service standards.
