Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and explains the registration process.
• Processes co-pays, co-insurance, and balances; reconciles cash daily.
• Verifies patient insurance using real-time eligibility checks.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments; protects patient data.
