• Two years of customer service or healthcare related experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collects and records demographic, insurance/financial and clinical data.
• Verifies insurance information and explains financial obligations to patients.
• Answers calls promptly and directs inquiries professionally.
• Schedules procedures and coordinates with central scheduling as needed.
• Refer patients needing financial assistance to a Financial Advocate.
• Maintain performance in patient self-service registration processes.
