Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic and financial information accurately.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain financial requirements to patients.
• Collect patient portions prior to or at the time of service.
• Obtain signatures and document information in the electronic patient record.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and confidentiality of patient information.
• Mentor new associates and contribute to a smooth patient journey.
