Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Healthcare/billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates discharge and secures nursing and delivery with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing teams.
• Creates, communicates and obtains all required documentation for new referrals.
• Assists patients with upfront payment and guides to financial assistance where needed.
• Supports follow-up paperwork for clean claims on hold and denial management.
• Assists Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.
