Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to manage patient scheduling for biologic infusions and warmly welcome patients into the clinic. You will coordinate with referring practices and the Market Executive to ensure smooth workflows and timely care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, excels in customer service, and is comfortable with CRM/EMR systems. This role supports a patient-first, concierge-style experience and requires collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CRM and EMR software proficiency.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Call and schedule patients for infusions.
• Welcome patients to the clinic.
• Coordinate care and documentation with referring practices and market team.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure smooth visits.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and patient records.
