Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing.
• Create and obtain all documentation for new referrals.
• Assist patients with upfront payment and explore financial assistance.
• Support denial management and follow-up on missing paperwork.
• Assist supervisor and manager with special assignments.
