University of California - Los Angeles Health seeks a patient services coordinator to support physicians and patients in the Rancho Palos Verdes office. You will liaise between patients and providers, help access services across the health system, coordinate referrals, and follow up by phone and EPIC/Care Connect to ensure a smooth patient journey.

• Serve as liaison between patients and providers and assist access to services.
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with referring physicians.
• Provide follow-up via telephone and EPIC/Care Connect to ensure a seamless patient experience.
