Job summary

The University of California - Los Angeles Health seeks a dedicated support professional in Rancho Palos Verdes to assist physicians and patients, coordinating referrals and serving as a liaison between patients and providers.

You will help patients access services across the health system, coordinate with referring physicians, and ensure continuity of care through phone follow-up and EPIC/Care Connect.
