Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Patient Access Service Representative at our Shorewood clinic to deliver an exceptional patient experience at the front desk and by phone. This on-site role supports patient flow, greets guests, and ensures a welcoming, efficient visit.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year in a receptionist or customer-service role, with preferred healthcare exposure. SHOREWOOD location offers on-site work and standard 32-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.
