Logan Health is seeking a part-time, PRN Patient Access Representative for Kalispell Clinics. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients and collecting accurate demographic and insurance details to support smooth clinic operations.

The role emphasizes patient empathy, clear communication of costs, and collaboration with the billing and financial counseling teams to ensure seamless visits in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service preferred.
• Experience in healthcare registration, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, financial clearance, or medical assisting preferred.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally; verify demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits using verification software.
• Explain out-of-pocket costs clearly and compassionately to patients.
• Collect payments per policy and refer self-pay patients to financial counseling as needed.
• Support clinic operations with general administrative tasks and accurate data entry.
