Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally; verify demographic and insurance information.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits using verification software.
  • Explain out-of-pocket costs clearly and compassionately to patients.
  • Collect payments per policy and refer self-pay patients to financial counseling as needed.
  • Support clinic operations with general administrative tasks and accurate data entry.
