Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Call Center, Health Information Services, and Scheduling activities.
• Ensure accurate check-in processes and collection of patient balances.
• Manage human resources: hire, orient, evaluate performance, and approve raises.
• Provide timely updates to the Patient Access Manager.
• Maintain performance metrics and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Adhere to policies and perform tasks as assigned by Manager.
