Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in healthcare leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in healthcareLeadership roles.
• CHAM certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with problem resolution focus.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and meet tight timelines.
• Professional, detail-oriented team player.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory guidelines (HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and EMR applications.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow across multiple service lines, departments, and sites.

• Implement process changes identified through Revenue Cycle or audits.
