Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration or healthcare required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years related experience required
• 7 years experience without degree in healthcare preferred
• 1 year supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare operations required
• Knowledge of insurances, medical terminology, CPT-4/ICD-10 coding required
• CHAA certification within first year of hire

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, mentor and develop all Patient Access staff.
• Coordinate communication with CNMC departments and administrative offices.
• Perform payroll, time records, and petty cash management; conduct staff meetings.
• Monitor quality control of registration processes and billing systems.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage; enter charges and codes accurately.
• Manage staff schedules, float pool, and weekend/holiday rotations.
