Zusammenfassung

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor who will partner with the department Director or Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure satisfaction for patients, families, physicians, and staff. The role covers all areas within the Patient Access department and requires strong leadership.

The ideal candidate has high school diploma, 1–2 years supervisory experience in admitting areas, and solid knowledge of payer principles and COBRA laws.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years experience as a supervisor in admitting areas of an acute care facility or medical group preferred.
Must understand third party payer principles and COBRA laws.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Oversee daily operations of the Patient Access department.
Collaborate with department Director/Manager to ensure patient, family, and physician satisfaction.
Coordinate processes across the department to meet deadlines and maintain service levels.
