Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with admissions and financial requirements regulations.
• Strong scheduling and registration background in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Registration department operations.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and scheduling for staff and patients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Monitor budget and overtime; inform management of issues.
• Develop and implement guidelines and training materials.
