Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; OR two years in patient access.
• One year of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors quality by performing audits of departmental outputs.
• Resolves customer service complaints; escalates when needed.
• Trains frontline staff and serves as subject matter expert.
• Ensures compliance with Eskenazi Health policies and procedures.
• Supports staffing and daily operations in clinics and hospital areas.
• Communicates effectively with patients and staff to promote teamwork.
• Manages Epic work queues per department guidelines.
