Qualifications

• Accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; OR two years in registration operations.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in Healthcare Business Insights within 60 days of hire.
• HB I certification as a Patient Access Specialist within the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Advocates for patients and improves service delivery.
• Plans and manages department operations with quality improvements.
• Maintains customer-centric staff services and quick issue resolution.
• Leads staffing decisions and performance evaluations.
• Ensures resources align with productivity and hospital goals.
• Provides hands-on training to Team Leaders and frontline staff.
• Participates in front-end and back-end financial clearance processes.
