Eskenazi Health Center in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Health Center Coordinator to lead daily operations across health center locations and support clinical and administrative teams, ensuring smooth patient flow.

The role partners with health center and physician leadership to drive operational excellence, improve patient access, staff development, and a culture of continuous improvement across our community hospital network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field; three years healthcare/leadership experience may substitute a degree.
• Prior supervisory experience and ambulatory healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing is a plus; RN licensure preferred.
• Strong leadership, operational, and communication skills; dedication to patient and team experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations across assigned health center locations and programs.
• Oversee administrative, operational, financial, and clinical support functions.
• Promote efficient workflows to maximize patient access and service delivery.
• Monitor compliance with policies, regula­tory requirements, and best practices.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and leadership to staff members.
