Job summary

Eskenazi Health seeks an Operations Supervisor for Patient Access Services – Connections. This role partners with the Operations Manager to direct daily operations, staffing, and patient access workflows across Connections platforms and related services.

The supervisor ensures efficient scheduling, performance measurement, and high-quality customer service while guiding staff development and process improvements in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN; state licensure required
• Master’s degree preferred for advancement
• Experience leading complex projects in patient access or revenue cycle

Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduling and staffing for Connections departments.
• Manages departmental operations, quality, and regulatory readiness.
• Coordinates with IS/Telecom and external partners for system issues
• Leads hiring, performance evaluations and staff development
• Monitors KPIs and performance data to improve patient access operations
