Job summary

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of increasingly responsible positions within a related health care or customer service setting.
• Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills and problem solving abilities.
• English reading and writing proficiency.
• Ability to type 40 wpm.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff training, discipline, dismissals, performance appraisals and employee relations.
• Schedule staff and allocate resources to maximize patient access satisfaction and efficiency.
• Ensure access to policies, training and resources; provide coaching and mentoring.
