Responsibilities

• Process appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations to provide the first available slot that matches patient preferences.
• Complete basic registration, demographic, and insurance data ensuring accurate records and timely payment.
• Schedule patient appointments system-wide for providers, including prep instructions and guidelines.
• Follow Telephone Receptionist Emergency/Suicide Protocol for urgent needs.
• Manage messages from calls, chats, portals, and texts related to appointments and referrals.
• Assist with training for new hires and contribute to contact center metrics and performance goals.
