Job summary

CPR may be required depending on position, and you will support multiple departments in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), strong computer and administrative skills, and healthcare exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• CPR certification required (based on position and as determined by manager).
• Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to navigate current technology systems.
• Strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients.
• Answers telephone calls, schedules appointments, and pulls and files medical charts when indicated.
• Interacts with patients and families to provide excellent customer service.
• Obtains accurate demographic, insurance, and physician information on registrations.
• Instructs customers on requirements and helps ensure insurance pre-certification and physician referral requirements are met.
