Responsibilities include using multiple scheduling systems, confirming patient data and insurance, handling high-volume calls, mentoring new hires, and upholding Intermountain's service standards while delivering accurate, timely information to patients and departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 4 years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years revenue cycle experience and/or 2 years of contact center experience.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Transcribe external orders for physicians.
• Input patient data accurately into scheduling systems and verify insurance benefits.
• Handle high call volumes across multiple locations and departments.
• Mentor new hires as needed.
• Promote Intermountain Health mission and service standards.
