Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume contact center operations.
• Understanding of healthcare scheduling and pre-registration processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare registration, insurance verification, HIPAA, and revenue-cycle processes.
• Experience using operational data and performance metrics to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized patient scheduling and pre-registration across the OhioHealth system.
• Lead daily contact center operations and coach staff to meet service targets.
• Monitor service levels, quality, productivity, and financial performance metrics.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation to strengthen access.
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational leaders to enhance patient experience.
