Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare laws and working in hospital EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the patient access unit.
• Ensure timely collection of demographics, financial data, and regulatory information to manage financial/compliance risk.
• Oversee collection of co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance; negotiate payment arrangements.
• Develop budget and policy/process manuals; assist in audits and reporting.
